Grilled Trout - Trout lightly seasoned and grilled to the client's taste. Perfect with some drops of lemon on top.
Trapper's Quiche - Tart made with eggs, cheese and milk, baked to crusty perfection.
Stew - Made with pieces of meat, potatoes and vegetables, served with slices of bread.
Grilled steak with potatoes - Steak lightly seasoned and grilled to the client's taste. Served with a portion of baked potatoes covered with cheese.
Omelette - Classic dish made with eggs, salt and rosemary, perfect for a quick snack.
Croutons - Bread sliced in small cubes and fried with a bit of olive oil. Very good as a complementary dish.
Finger sandwich - Sandwich made with cheese, ham, lettuce and tomatoes. Very good with a glass of juice or a coffee.
